Terms and conditions for Service Requests:
Consultation & Site Visit Fee:
A request for a site visit for consultation, survey, or technical issue analysis will attract a non-refundable fee of GHS 350, whether or not the job is approved or carried out within the precincts of Accra.
The non-refundable fee for clients in Tema is GH₵600.00. Clients in Central, Eastern and Volta Region will pay GH₵1,000.00.
Clients in Ashanti and Western Region will pay GH₵1,500.00 for an overnight consultation.
Storage Policy for Completed Jobs:
Completed jobs must be collected and fully paid for within one week of notification. After the 7-day grace period, a daily storage fee of 10% of the agreed service charge will apply. Prolonged non-collection beyond one month (1) may result in disposal of the item(s)
